Information we collect
YepItsReal collects minimal information. We do not require account creation to browse the site. If you submit a law claim, you may optionally provide an email address and other details. We do not sell, share, or use this information for any purpose other than potentially following up on your submission.

Analytics
We use PostHog, a product analytics tool, to understand how visitors use the site. PostHog may collect anonymised usage data such as pages visited, buttons clicked, and general browser information. We do not use this data to identify individual users. PostHog's privacy policy is available at posthog.com/privacy.

Cookies
This site uses cookies for essential functionality (such as the Google Translate language preference and your light or dark theme choice) and analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies from third-party ad networks.

Third-party services
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Our database is hosted by Supabase. Google Translate is available for page translation. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We do not control how these third parties handle data that passes through their infrastructure.

Data retention
Submitted law claims and any associated email addresses are stored indefinitely in our database. We do not use submitted email addresses for marketing or any purpose other than potential follow-up regarding the submitted claim.

If you have submitted information and would like it removed, please contact us. We will delete your submission and any associated personal data upon request.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
