Hungary Requires You to Carry ID at All Times — But Not Necessarily an ID Card

Hungarian law does require you to have a valid photo identity document - but not specifically the national ID card. Act LXVI of 1992 puts a valid passport and a card-format driving licence on exactly the same footing as the ID card, and bars officials from demanding any other document for identification. What the statute imposes is a duty to hold such a document, not an express duty to keep it on your person; the practical pressure to carry one comes from the Police Act, under which failing to establish your identity to a police officer can end in custody of up to 24 hours.

Morocco Requires Arabic on Product Labels and Price Displays

Morocco's Law No. 31-08 on Consumer Protection requires suppliers to inform consumers by marking, labelling and display, and its implementing decree makes Arabic the language of the mandatory label mentions, with foreign languages permitted alongside rather than instead. Breaching those consumer-information rules is punished by a fine of MAD 2,000-5,000 under article 173, not by the six-figure penalties the claim usually carries.
